These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to topeventsclub.com (the "Site"), operated by TopEventsClub LLC ("TopEventsClub", "we", "us", or "our"). Please read them before using the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

1. Scope of the Site

The Site provides information about TopEventsClub and its planned software for events. It does not currently provide user registration, ticket sales, event bookings, or payment processing. These Terms cover browsing the Site and contacting support; they do not create a subscription, purchase, or agreement for any separate product or service.

Descriptions of planned features are informational and are not a guarantee of a launch date or feature availability. Any future paid service or event transaction will be subject to the terms presented for that service or transaction.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, bypass security measures, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the Site or support channels to send unlawful or abusive material.
