Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
TopEventsClub LLC ("TopEventsClub", "we", "us", or "our") operates topeventsclub.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit this informational website or contact our support team. It covers the Site and related support correspondence, rather than any separate product or service.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. If you use our contact form, we receive your email address, your phone number when the form requests it, any service you select, any name you provide, and the content of your message. Contact form submissions are stored in our website management system so our team can review and respond. We also receive information you provide in related support correspondence. Please send only information needed for your inquiry, and do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information.
Technical information. Our website and hosting infrastructure receive technical information needed to deliver pages and maintain security, which may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested page, referring website, and request date and time.
Website statistics. When analytics is enabled, the Site's built-in analytics records page views, visit dates and times, referring domains, device type, campaign source tags where present, and a pseudonymous visitor identifier. That identifier is derived from the IP address and browser information and changes daily. It helps count visits without storing the original IP address in the analytics record; separate hosting or security logs may still contain IP addresses.
The Site does not currently offer user accounts, ticket purchases, bookings, or payment processing.
2. How we use information
We use information to deliver and maintain the Site, respond to support inquiries, troubleshoot problems, understand website usage, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Contacting support does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
3. Cookies and your privacy choices
The Site uses a first-party cookie to remember your privacy choice. This preference cookie is set for up to 180 days and may be removed earlier through your browser settings.
Under the Site's current settings, website analytics is enabled unless you decline it or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. You can use Your Privacy Choices to review or change your choice. Selecting "Decline" disables website analytics for subsequent page loads. Declining does not erase statistics already recorded, and necessary website delivery and security processing continue.
We recognize GPC as a request to disable analytics, unless you subsequently choose to allow it in the privacy controls. The older "Do Not Track" browser setting is not used as an analytics control; use GPC or Your Privacy Choices instead. Choices apply to the browser and device where you make them. Clearing cookies or using a different browser may reset your saved choice.
We do not use advertising trackers on this Site or track your activity across third-party websites.
4. When we disclose information
Information may be handled by providers that support website hosting, email delivery, website software, security, and technical support, as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect rights and safety, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal information collected through the Site or related support correspondence, or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. The period depends on the type of information, the status of your inquiry, security needs, and any legal recordkeeping requirements. We review information for deletion or de-identification when it is no longer needed.
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
6. Your requests and rights
You can use our contact form to ask about personal information associated with your support correspondence, request access or correction, or ask us to delete it. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights to obtain a copy of your information, request deletion or correction, object to or restrict certain processing, or complain to a privacy regulator. We handle requests subject to applicable law and any permitted exceptions, and do not discriminate against you for exercising legally protected privacy rights.
7. Children and external websites
The Site provides general information about our business and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact support so we can review and address the matter, including deletion where appropriate.
Links to other websites are governed by those websites' own privacy practices. This policy does not cover information you provide directly to them.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. The current version and its updated date will appear on this page. Changes take effect when posted, unless a later date is stated. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it before applying the relevant change.
